Requirements

18 years or older
Forklift Experience - Required
Experience in warehouse operations
Basic math skills (measurement, fractions, reading gauges)
Experience using Warehouse Management Software
Able to climb, twist, and bend at the knees and back, maneuver in tight spaces, lift objects of 50 pounds, differentiate between colors, work in non-temperature conditions, and stand/walk 70% of the time
A strong work ethic and dependable attendance
An interest in hands-on work or technology
Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, counting)
Good communication and a team-first mindset
A desire to learn, grow, and build a career
