About The Position

The Full Time Warehouse Associate for Heritage Landscape Supply is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent of both education and experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment
• Must be able to take a background screening and a drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Forklift Certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training)

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
