About The Position

Looking for a stable job with consistent 1st shift hours and great benefits? Our Warehouse Associate position in Springtown, TX, might be a fit for you! Join our team and benefit from: On-the-Job Training: Learn safe and efficient chemical handling and repackaging practices while working alongside a skilled and supportive team. Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; weekend and holiday availability is required, with overtime as needed. Competitive Pay: Start between $20-21/hr, depending on experience, and participate in our 4% annual bonus program. Main Focus Responsible for repackaging Persulfates and performing general warehouse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent or verifiable work experience
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
  • Proficient in math and basic computer skills
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders and navigate congested sites safely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must understand verbal and written communication
  • Must meet fit-to-work policy and wear required PPE

Nice To Haves

  • Chemical handling experience
  • Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Safely handle Persulfates and Organic Peroxides
  • Perform product changeovers and cleanouts on the Persulfate packaging line
  • Maintain accurate inventory of bulk bags, pails, and lids on the Persulfate line
  • Wrap and label Persulfates according to specifications
  • Aid in management of Persulfate and Organic Peroxide waste
  • Train other employees as required
  • Participate in safety and procedure development for the site
  • Receive and load trucks, including import and export shipments
  • Operate sit-down and stand-up electric and propane forklifts safely
  • Operate yard mule truck and other material-handling equipment
  • Climb ladders and stairs while tied off as required
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and inventory tasks
  • Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
  • Wear all required PPE and maintain a proactive safety mindset
  • Participate in safety meetings and comply with all site safety rules and regulations
  • Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation for all materials
  • Support ISO 9001, 14001, and Responsible Care programs
