About The Position

(Temp 2-3 months) Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of material. This may include the following functions: operating power equipment, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and transporting. Associate is responsible for the efficient flow of product from the point of receipt to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. in a physical environment.
• Accurately performs multiple operational tasks assigned to a team member.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
• Must be trained to operate power equipment within 90 days of hire.
• Must be eighteen years of age.
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• HS Diploma or GED Required

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Basic Math Skills
• Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks- unloading, receiving, picking, stocking, shipping, quality control of product.
• Use of power equipment safely and following company guidelines when performing assigned tasks.
• Maintain all necessary workflow procedures, including but not limited to company inventory management software (Navision) and company databases.
• Follow all GMP and SOP procedures.
• Support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product – QC, Purchasing, Packaging, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain condition of work area free of trash, product in correct location and safe work environment.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
