This position reports to the Operations Manager and is part of the Baltimore Distribution Center located in Nottingham, MD and will be an on-site role. The Warehouse Associate executes all the fundamental administrative and systematic tasks needed to fulfill a primary function in the distribution center. This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. You’ll play a critical part in sustaining warehouse logistics requirements and ensuring efficient, accurate processes that meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Proficiency with computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse software, including WMS.
• Must demonstrate clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (70 lbs. with assistance) and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing).

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred; must be willing to certify if not already.

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling tasks including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting, ensuring accuracy and documenting any discrepancies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and scanning devices.
• Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counts, audits, and system updates within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
