About The Position

A Warehouse Associate will accurately pick, pack, and manage inventory to keep the warehouse running smoothly. They will uphold high levels of quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment. A use of RF scanners and reach trucks to enhance productivity and service delivery. The Associate will also maintain a clean and safe working environment and may operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to handle materials safely and effectively.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of warehouse experience
• Attention to detail
• Written and oral communication
• Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Able to pass a drug and background screening
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience preferred
• Forklift certified or ability to become certified
• Experience with RF scanners

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse
• Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance
• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
• Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment
• Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory
• Complete transfers of merchandise
• Inspect Warehouse equipment daily
• Proper use of lock out/tag out procedures
• Must participate in regular inventory counts
• Inspecting merchandise for damage
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
