About The Position

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate will be essential in receiving, shipping, and processing inventory within our facility. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual who enjoys collaborating with others and is eager to contribute to a successful team.

Requirements

Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
Commitment to following the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations.
Proven experience in warehousing and logistics (1-3 years preferred).
Skilled in the safe operation of a forklift, reach truck, and pallet lift.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team.
Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming packaging and report damaged goods to the shipping carrier and Warehouse Manager.
Unpack products and organize shipments for receipt.
Compare quantities and identification numbers of goods against orders for accuracy; report discrepancies.
Ensure physical products match packing slips and purchase orders.
Properly store received goods and facilitate inventory movements within the warehouse.
Pick orders accurately and package products securely to minimize damage during transit.
Count products, accounting for quantities and lot/serial numbers, and enter results into corresponding sheets.
Perform secondary counts when discrepancies occur and report issues to the Warehouse Manager.
Stay current on new products and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including emptying garbage and disposing of waste safely.
Occasionally cap bottles as needed.
