About The Position

Imperial Dade has a Warehouse Associate role available in Arden Hills, MN. This position is for a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to grow the business. Warehouse Associates are responsible for selecting and locating merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and handling loading and unloading of inbound/outbound goods. They fulfill customer orders by using pick tickets or an RF Scanner, efficiently building pallets, and ensuring skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks. The role also involves performing other assigned warehouse duties. This is a DAY shift position, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, or until the daily work is completed. The ideal candidate will work in a collaborative, team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 year minimum of warehouse experience
• 1 year of high-volume order selecting
• 1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets.'
• Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
• Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
• Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
• Unload trucks
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Fulfill customer orders by using pick tickets or an RF Scanner
• Efficiently build the pallet
• Ensure skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
