Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing of inventory: Unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities and condition
- Order picking and packing: Accurately selecting items from stock based on customer orders, properly packing items and labeling for shipment
- Warehouse organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, properly storing products and following established procedures
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations, wearing required safety gear and reporting any safety hazards
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift boxes/bags between 50-60lbs, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
