About The Position

Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Facilities & Construction team at our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothlysupporting our stores, field teams, and internal partners with the equipment and materials they need to succeed. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
12 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
Ability to operate (or willingness to learn) forklifts and warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification
Experience in retail, fuel distribution, or convenience store environments
Familiarity with inventory or maintenance systems

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments
Prepare, package, and ship materials to internal teams and job sites
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Organize warehouse space to ensure everything is labeled, tracked, and easy to find
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
Stage equipment and materials for construction and maintenance projects
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficientlyinside and out
Work closely with warehouse team members and internal partners to meet daily needs
