About The Position

Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Facilities & Construction team at our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothlysupporting our stores, field teams, and internal partners with the equipment and materials they need to succeed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
  • Ability to operate (or willingness to learn) forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the day
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification
  • Experience in retail, fuel distribution, or convenience store environments
  • Familiarity with inventory or maintenance systems

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments
  • Prepare, package, and ship materials to internal teams and job sites
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Organize warehouse space to ensure everything is labeled, tracked, and easy to find
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
  • Stage equipment and materials for construction and maintenance projects
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficientlyinside and out
  • Work closely with warehouse team members and internal partners to meet daily needs
