Requirements

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, organizing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment
Pick and prepare materials for field technicians accurately and on time
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked for efficient operations
Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock
Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking
Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations
Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Safely handle, store, and move materials and equipment
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
Assist with checking in deliveries and verifying shipments
Help organize paperwork and support basic documentation as needed
