As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your work helps ensure technicians have what they need to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics role preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification a plus—we can help)
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- Basic computer skills for inventory/order tracking
- Commitment to safety at all times
Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and unloading inbound shipments
- Verifying quantities and identifying damaged or missing items
- Organizing and labeling inventory in proper storage areas
- Picking, packing, and staging orders for technicians and shipments
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and completing cycle counts
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain efficient flow
- Following all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Supporting special projects or additional tasks as assigned
