About The Position
This role has big-time impact! The Warehouse Associate participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This position performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, and is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders. Teammates are expected to pick, pull, package, and ship orders, maintain a safe and organized working environment, and be comfortable learning and using electronic devices like RF scanners. Warehouse Teammates may rotate or be assigned or reassigned to different functional areas within the Distribution House to meet fluctuating labor needs, support peak volume, address staffing gaps, or otherwise meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
- High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to learn and use electronic devices, including RF scanners
- Must reside within commuting distance from the Mt. Juliet, TN office

- Previous work experience, particularly in a distribution center role
- 6 months warehouse experience
Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, package, and ship orders
- Process and ship orders
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
- Assist with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas
- Utilize hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
- Work in any department within the Distribution House, rotating or being reassigned to meet fluctuating labor needs, support peak volume, address staffing gaps or otherwise meet the needs of the business
- Consistently be at work and on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
