About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers for a dynamic and expanding company. The role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, enjoy assisting others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at problem-solving. As a Package Handler, you will be an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. The position emphasizes quality and adherence to safety protocols, playing a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The work location is 200 Fallon Road, Stoneham, MA, 02180, with a pay rate of $18.00/hr. The shift is Thursday through Sunday from 1:30am - 9:30am or until the end of sort, with hours potentially varying based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities
