About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently Kit materials into boxes, cases, and appropriate packaging Handle, move, and correctly identify materials throughout the warehouse Perform daily follow‑up on warehouse functions, including housekeeping and organization Cross‑train and support other departments as needed Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor Who You Are: You take responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. You collaborate effectively with others, value teamwork, and contribute positively to a shared goal. You adapt well to changing priorities, solve problems as they arise, and remain productive in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
  • Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (tools and equipment are available for heavier items)
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with material handling processes or inventory systems
  • Experience working in a team‑based or cross‑functional setting
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety
