About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at R&R Heating, you will be pivotal in executing our mission of improving lives and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. This position involves working collaboratively with other warehouse employees to support various departments including residential new construction, commercial construction and retro services. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Experience towing
Effective communication skills with the ability to build trust.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
High level of accountability within a collaborative team environment.
Display a high level of professionalism with a customer service mindset.
Prioritize safety without compromise.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification preferred
EPA certification preferred
DOT certification preferred
CDL preferred

Responsibilities

Learn and understand the materials used by installers to complete services.
Track upcoming jobs and procure accurate materials.
Process inventory and organize stock in a lean environment.
Gain EPA certification and reclaim refrigerant in accordance with State regulations.
Utilize various equipment to include forklift, vertical mast lift and scissor lift.
Partner with department directors and suppliers to ensure that job materials are accounted for and delivery dates are met.
