About The Position

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and company policy. They also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail. They also support the production and shipping teams; such as making boxes, preparing packaging supplies, and filling shipping stations. Works diligently with an exceptional attention to detail and maintains a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience
• Ability to operate the forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment
• Team player
• Organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• High school diploma

Responsibilities

• Welcomes delivery trucks, receives and tracks shipments using the appropriate tools, and communicates with other departments.
• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
• Inspecting products for defects and damages
• Organize warehouse space
• Check and verify all incoming invoices and packing slips
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Must be in good physical condition, capable of being on foot for extended periods of time and lifting 50 lbs. or more.
• Ensures all production team needs for product capping and cleanup duties are met per request and schedule.
• Maintains a safe work environment!
• Must be forklift certified
