About The Position

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Associate will perform duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 0-1 years warehouse experience
• Ability to work on assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
• Forklift experience and certification.
• Moderate computer proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to train and provide direction to junior team members.

Nice To Haves

• Visual/SAP or other ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments electronically via SAP Warehouse.
• Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
• International shipment processing, processing and facilitating RMAs to and from the vendor and customer RMAs and creating/printing labels for finished goods.
