About The Position

Kinetico is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Newbury, OH. Under direct supervision, the producing level Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and moving materials within a warehouse, picks and packages orders for final shipment to the customer, and pulls and delivers parts for production according to requirements. Compensation: Non-exempt hourly pay based on experience. Location: Newbury, OH

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2+ years of prior experience in a shipping and receiving environment.
  • Reliable: Required to be on time and ready to work when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and moves material in warehouse; unload material from vendor trucks, move to inventory location and update system to reflect inventory levels.
  • Process pick orders from production requirements; locates material in system, pick up and move into inventory or new location and update system to reflect material movement.
  • Prepare material for shipment; pull items from inventory, assemble shipment in boxes and pallets as per customer specification and update system to reflect material shipment.
  • Uses ERP system to perform queries and other transactions.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counting of inventory levels and reports discrepancies.
  • Supplies and fills WIP bins and or lanes if applicable.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work areas.
  • Responsible for following all safety procedures and policies.
