Positions available in Fountain Inn, SC on First shift working Tuesday- Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 7am-5pm . Don't miss this opportunity! Requirements

  • All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar: Background Screening Drug Screening Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
  • Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand for 8 consecutive hours
  • Ability to work overtime, often on short notice

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained
  • Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts
  • Perform material handling and warehousing functions
  • Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment
  • Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving
