About The Position
APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Cortlandt Manor, NY looking to add a Warehouse Associate to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to efficiently process, pack, and ship orders while safely operating warehouse equipment and maintaining organized inventory. Keep reading for more details! Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, order processing, and shipping.
- Skilled in palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments.
- Forklift certified with safe operating experience.
- Able to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (Forklift certification preferred).
- Palletize, wrap, and secure products for shipment to ensure safe transport.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and processing goals.
- Report any equipment issues, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.
