The Warehouse Associate role is an inventory control mover position in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. The associate will be responsible for the receipt, administration, control, and management of raw and packaging material inventory, utilizing a powered industrial truck (PIT) for all inventory moves. The role also involves providing input for data related to purchased and used items, offering opportunities for career progression through key activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must have reading and writing comprehension of the English language
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of recent or consistent experience in a high energy, fast paced, cGMP warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • SAP or WMS system experience
  • Self-starter/ Self motivated
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Effective communicator using both oral and written skills used at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results
  • Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to produce solutions to meet business needs
  • PIT experience or certifications
  • Inventory control experience
  • Receiving/shipping experience

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily stock transactions
  • Supply material to production areas
  • Operate PITs
  • Efficiency with erp system to control inventory levels and accuracy
  • Complete daily checks lists and logbooks
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations
  • Ensure Compliance of all eGMP processes, including site, quality and ehs SOP’s
  • Maintain company core values
  • Treat everyone with respect and dignity
