About The Position

At Raymour and Flanigan, the Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the entire customer purchase journey. This position involves handling furniture from the moment it arrives, including loading and off-loading trailers, organizing sofas into bins, and preparing dining tables for assembly. The associate's work directly contributes to helping customers furnish their homes, reflecting the company's belief in treating associates well so they, in turn, treat customers well.

Requirements

Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun.
