As a Warehouse Associate, you will move in-bound and out-bound product to appropriate staging and/or storage areas as directed, in accordance with CFBNJ safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working in a warehouse and/or product distribution center operation as a general warehouse worker preferred.
  • Proficient in the operation of stand-up reach truck or other industrial equipment (i.e., double pallet jack).
  • Ability to quickly perform basic math to conduct inventory counts.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and be comfortable working in extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to achieve distribution goals of CFBNJ.

Responsibilities

  • Move in-bound and out-bound product to appropriate staging or storage areas as directed, in accordance with CFBNJ safety procedures.
  • Pick orders accurately and timely by locating and transporting all orders to the staging or loading areas for pick up.
  • Check and verify all orders against order pick sheet for accuracy and correctness; report any order discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist in the off-loading of inbound product and supplies and move to the appropriate staging and storage areas.
  • Review all associated paperwork for accuracy.
  • Perform daily consolidation of product when required to assure storage space and overall area organization.

  • Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is an hourly rate of $21.00-$27.06. The final rate may be influenced by factors such as the position's scope and responsibilities, work experience, training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
