About The Position

Are you detail-orientated and reliable? Do you have warehouse experience and a strong work ethic? Are you knowledgeable about computer inventory systems? We are looking for a: Warehouse Associate We are Faber-Castell Cosmetics, a division of Faber-Castell (you know us for our pencils and pens). We have taken our expertise to the cosmetic industry. We are one of the leading providers of private label cosmetic pencils (face, eye, lip, and nail). We are almost 800 employees worldwide with production facilities in Germany and Brazil Our clients are well known brands in cosmetics and we are bringing our state-of-the-art facilities, process, and knowledge to Elgin, IL. In this role you will take ownership of your work and outcomes by ensuring materials are stored, delivered, and tracked properly. Your attention to detail and proficiency with numbers and technology will ensure materials are accurately accounted for and easily located. You will contribute to maintain quality standards, keeping records up to date, and taking pride in a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse
• Are organized and reliable
• Are able to follow a written process accurately
• Possess strong interpersonal and English communication skills
• Can regularly lift, push, or move up to 60-100 pounds
• Can regularly climb a ladder/steps
• Have forklift experience
