About The Position

Position Information Position Title: Warehouse Associate Department Name: Operations Pay Status: Hourly Section 1 – Job Functions and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receives, counts and records shipment data into the inventory systems. Matches packing list information to actual packed raw materials. Prepares raw material for storage in warehouse. Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tags properly. Deliver raw materials, supplies, and equipment to designated area. May operate forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks. Verify computations against physical count of stock. Examine and inspect stock raw materials for cycle count of inventory. Mains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, raw materials, supplies in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures. Loads/Unloads containers accordingly for incoming and outgoing shipments. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to add and subtract. Ability to read, write and speak English preferred. Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Consistently at work and on time. Knowledge of Netsuite operating system a plus. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to read/hear, interpret, and understand instructions given written or verbally in English
  • Ability to perform in a detail-oriented environment, fast-paced environment while complying with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, GMP, GDP, ISO and FDA requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, and/or warehousing
  • Ability to operate a forklift and/or narrow isle lift truck, pallet jack, dolly, push-cart
  • Ability to work/interact with supervisor and production floor team leads.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to add and subtract.
  • Consistently at work and on time.
