About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Webster, TX shop. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or other equipment.
  • Work is performed in a warehouse setting and may include exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
  • May require working around dust, noise, and other standard warehouse conditions.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
  • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
  • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
