About The Position

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL we do business as: Olathe Millworks, Warren Brother Sash & Door, River City Millworks respectfully.) Position: We are growing and seeking a Warehouse Associate! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, to include receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for our customer orders.

Requirements

Experience with pulling orders.
Strong physical stamina this role requires a lot of physical activity.
Experience in warehouse operations, with forklift experience.
Must be pass written and driving certification test.
Highly organized and self-motivated you should be a self-starter who doesnt require constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and prepare products accurately based on pick tickets and customer orders
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to move materials
Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
Organize, label, and stock building materials in designated warehouse locations
Lift heavy products (up to 100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.
Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
