Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (75LBS)
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload shipments of HVAC equipment and materials.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain detailed records.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment or delivery to job sites.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and place orders as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist HVAC technicians with material and equipment needs.
