About The Position

Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is a recognized leader in the production and distribution of pavement preservation and maintenance products. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting their manufacturing facility by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products. This full-time position involves both inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, processing, and organizing inventory. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring shipments are accurate and timely. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs, and working 8-hour shifts on your feet in both indoor and outdoor environments, including high temperatures. A key part of your responsibilities will also include performing routine maintenance on holding tanks and assisting with training new team members. PMG offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork and reliability are highly valued. Overtime and Saturday shifts may be required based on operational needs. All employees must comply with OSHA and MSDS safety standards. Requirements

• At least two years of warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift operator certificate or willingness to complete a forklift training program within your first 30 days
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to pass background checks, employee eligibility verifications, drug testing, and physicals
