About The Position

Report to the Warehouse Manager. A Warehouse Associate, is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to orders in the system. Duties include loading and unloading trucks and sea containers, organizing incoming stock, ensure all the orders are shipped in full. Requirements

High School or equivalent
Familiar with Forklift Operation
Basic computer skills
Some experience in a similar role
Able to lift 50LB.
Able to work in freezers
Team player
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Problem solver

Responsibilities

Receive and track shipments
Flexible work schedule- possible weekend(s)
Load merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise
Track and document exact shipment quantity, conditions, arrival, and departure times.
Report any missing or extra merchandise
Prepare all orders for shipment/Transfers
Record and manage all Hold, Aged, Damaged, etc. merchandise items
Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)
Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
