Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over your work
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods (bending, twisting, walking, etc.)
A team-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance within a scaling company

Responsibilities

Manage the accurate picking, assembling, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders to meet client deadlines
Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments with efficiency and care
Support warehouse organization to maximize productivity and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Proactively assist with team operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth and successful daily operations
