About The Position

Wismettac is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate 1 to support daily warehouse operations. You aren’t just moving boxes — you’re helping ensure our high-quality products are received, handled, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

The Strength: Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly in a physically demanding environment.
The Focus: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
The Skill: Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
The Reliability: Strong attendance record and dependable work history.
The Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, or weekends as needed.
The Basics: Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Order Preparation: Package finished products (shrink wrap, box, label) and stage for loading.
Accuracy & Quality: Verify purchase/work orders and inspect products to ensure correct quantities and no damaged goods are shipped or stored.
Shipping & Receiving: Load finished products onto trucks and unload inbound shipments into designated areas.
Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and maintain proper stock levels.
Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely; perform basic preventive maintenance.
Team Support: Assist with cross-department needs and on-the-job training for new employees.
Safety First: Follow all SOPs and warehouse safety procedures at all times
