About The Position
Stowers Machinery is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This full-time position is essential to our operations, as it involves various warehouse duties that support our commitment to customer service and operational efficiency. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for pulling orders, putting up stock, and managing credits within the warehouse. This role requires a high level of productivity and accuracy, as well as the ability to follow all warehouse procedures in accordance with company policy. The ideal candidate will be able to perform most warehouse duties with minimal supervision and will project professionalism by greeting customers promptly and addressing their needs efficiently. In this position, you will handle Shop Waiting and Hot Tickets accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer orders are picked quickly and in line with company standards. You will also be responsible for identifying types of branch transfers and completing them accurately, as well as managing delivery orders and determining parts availability using our database systems. The role requires the ability to read and understand audit trails, ensuring that all processes are documented and compliant with company policies.
