The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling materials and product, packing orders, processing orders, ensuring inventory accuracy is maintained, and keeps the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion. Additional duties within scope may include but are not limited to transporting, stocking inventory and other warehouse operational activities. The Warehouse Associate will be trained in, and perform duties in accordance with industry specific regulations, Global Food Safety Initiative Standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Certification, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Standards, performance expectations as well as Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures as needed. The Warehouse Associate position will support overall food safety and quality ensuring Safe & Quality Products. The role will also communicate any safety concerns and suggest improvements within the team and to the management. The Warehouse Associate will perform duties in accordance with industry specific regulations, Global Food Safety Initiative Standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Certification, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Standards, performance expectations as well as Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. The warehouse associate plays a key role in supporting changes and improvements in performance, food safety and quality. Partnering with the Warehouse Assistant Manager, the Warehouse Associate will support overall food safety and quality culture ensuring Safe & Quality Products.
