About The Position

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting inbound and outbound operations within the warehouse. This position involves performing both system and manual tasks to ensure efficient processing of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety protocols. The associate will work under the guidance of warehouse leadership and is responsible for various operational tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Minimum of one to three years related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good basic math, writing, and reading skills.
• Ability to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work overtime as assigned.
• Experience in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform system and manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Identify and resolve issues in various functional areas such as breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Monitor and maintain SKUs and locations in WMS to support efficient warehouse processing and maximize space usage.
• Perform WMS processes including receiving vendor purchase orders, generating replenishment tasks, and processing outbound orders.
• Conduct non-system inbound and outbound tasks including vendor shipment schedules, labeling, stocking products, and resolving receiving issues.
• Participate in scheduled physical inventories and maintain basic housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
