About The Position
Gold Seal Distributing is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Loveland, CO. As a small business experiencing growth, we are looking for individuals who can contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer service. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various needs. In this role, you will be responsible for using a handheld scanner to pick orders efficiently and accurately. Quality control is paramount, and you will perform checks to ensure that the items picked match the orders. You will also be tasked with stocking inventory in designated locations and operating mechanical equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products safely throughout the warehouse. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, and you may be required to work in a refrigerated area as part of your duties. We value attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately, as these skills are vital for ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. While previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role is preferred, we are open to candidates who possess mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn. This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks for extended periods.
