About The Position

Cardinal Health is seeking individuals for Warehouse Operations, which is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from the point of receipt from vendors to the shipment of products to various internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Good written communication skills preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including pallet jacks, clamp trucks, sit down forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment for unloading freight, order picking, pallet load-out, and stock put away.
• Operation of automated pallet wrapping machine.
• Conducting aisle audits.
• Processing small package shipments.
• Manual wrapping of pallets with shrink wrap.
• Maintaining and improving housekeeping standards.
• Assembly of corrugate Gaylords and manual banding of shipments.
• Following proper documentation practices.
• Meeting or exceeding standards for quality, safety, attendance, and productivity.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
