About The Position
The Warehouse Associate position involves a variety of tasks essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to ensure that products are received, sorted, unloaded, and packed correctly, allowing customers to receive high-quality and accurate orders. This role requires a keen attention to detail, as associates will be responsible for inspecting products for defects and reporting any damages. The work environment can be cold and wet, with an average temperature of 33 degrees, which necessitates a willingness to work in such conditions. In addition to order selection, the Warehouse Associate will maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, which is crucial for safety and efficiency. The role also includes various warehouse activities such as receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products. Associates will be expected to organize stock, maintain inventory levels, and process, pack, and label orders accurately.
