About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely; certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sorting through Gaylords of product to then listing said product onto our online auction.
• Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in fabricating or building products as needed based on order specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve workflow processes.
