About The Position
ProLogistix is seeking immediate Warehouse Operators for our distribution warehouse in Auburn, WA. The Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting. This position involves operating various material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, to ensure efficient shipping and receiving of products. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall operation of the warehouse, including unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, and stacking products. In this role, the Warehouse Operator will read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine the items that need to be moved, gathered, or distributed. They will pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of products are loaded correctly. Additionally, the Warehouse Operator will assemble customer orders from stock, stage orders, and convey them to the packing station or shipping department according to customer pick sheets. The position requires maintaining equipment by keeping it clean and safe, weighing or counting items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards, and unloading inbound freight safely while moving products to storage locations. The Warehouse Operator will also assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
