As we expand our e-commerce and physical presence, we're looking for an energetic full-time Warehouse Associate to enhance our dynamic team at the corporate office and warehouse in Eden Prairie. What You'll Do: As a Warehouse Associate/Van driver, you’ll play a pivotal role in the nuts and bolts of our operations: 60% Warehouse duties: · Assists with order fulfillment, shipment tracking, customer shipment processing and return processing. · Loading and unloading of materials and products from pallets. · Control inventory levels through accurate inbound and outbound receiving of purchase orders and store supplies. · Maintains safe and efficient physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing organizational layouts. · Meet cost productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. · Order shipping supplies and track stock levels. · Complete regular physical inventory process and cycle counts. 40% Driving/Deliveries and pickup product from stores Load, unload, and transport clothing and store supplies (weekly) to and from our Warehouse in Eden Prairie to our (4) Hammer Made Retail locations in the Twin Cities. We have a Company Sprinter van used for all deliveries. Ability to drive van in varying weather conditions Must possess a valid Minnesota Driver’s license and have clean driving record. Hours and schedule: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand (this may be more frequent during busy times). What We’re Looking For: Retail experience / inventory management or warehouse experience (preferred). Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Office Suite. Ship station and shopify experience a plus. An independent worker who can also thrive in a team. Someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks effectively. Required Education and Experience High School diploma, GED or Military experience. 1-2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience, preferred. Computer skills: Ability to send and receive emails. Experience with Microsoft word, and excel preferred. Experience working with inventory software preferred, but will train. Must be able to work some evenings, occasional weekends, and holidays during peak season. Regular predictable attendance. Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer and hand scanners along with warehouse equipment such as ladders, power garage doors, box cutters, and tape measures. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, stoop and walk for extended periods of time. The ability to safely climb a ladder is required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Requirements
