As a key team member, you will be crucial in assembling and inspecting lighting products, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining efficient production processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
• Effective time management and physical stamina.
• Knowledge of production equipment and ability to identify malfunctions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in an assembly, factory, or warehouse setting is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders, selection/production/order fulfillment with FIFO methods/processes, and shipping (labels and methods).
• Assemble for accurate shipping.
• Starts assembly and production machinery at the beginning of the shift.
• Deburr: Deburring of aluminum parts and castings.
• Packaging: Wrapping poles for shipment.
• Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being assembled correctly.
• Make sure that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
• Assembles product parts by hand, using power tools to solder, weld, drill, and attach parts.
• Observe and remove faulty product parts from the assembly line.
• Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
• Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
• Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
• Unloads, organizes, and stocks shipments.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory.
