About The Position

GHY USA has an exciting opportunity for the role of Warehouse Associate/CIS working out of our US Head Office in Pembina, ND. About the Role: This role is designed for an internal associate interested in expanding their skill set across warehouse operations and U.S. customs brokerage. The position will support day‑to-day warehouse activities while also assisting with customs entry processing under the guidance of the Operations team. This is a development-focused opportunity intended to build foundational CIS knowledge while maintaining consistent warehouse support.

Requirements

Currently in good standing in a GHY role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage both physical and administrative tasks
Comfortable working in both a warehouse and office environment
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn customs brokerage processes and systems
Clear, professional communication skills
Forklift certification (required or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory preparation
Execute physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Perform data entry for material receipts, shipments, and transfers
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned
Assist with processing and auditing import entries under supervision
Review documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
Support shipment releases and transactional audits
Communicate internally with release teams and escalate issues as needed
Maintain entry documentation and support compliance requirements
