Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or testing experience; forklift experience required (certification a plus)
- Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Flexible and willing to support other areas of the business as needed
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic with clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure and/or quality testing on hose assemblies and related products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications
- Accurately document test results and complete required test reports or certifications
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects, leaks, or nonconforming products to the appropriate team
- Safely operate testing equipment, tools, and applicable warehouse equipment in accordance with procedures
- Stage tested products for packaging or shipment once they pass inspection
- Assist with inventory handling, material movement, and general warehouse tasks as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe testing and warehouse area
