As a Warehouse Colleague, you'll do more than move merchandise - you'll help create a seamless, customer-focused experience behind the scenes. Whether you're receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, or shipping, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure every item is handled with care and purpose.   • Load and unload cartons and merchandise from and to delivery trucks, conveyor systems, etc.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis.
  • Timely complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards.
  • Accurately and efficiently input data using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices.
  • Perform job functions in a safe manner and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards.
  • Greet coworkers with a genuine smile and a warm 'hello' to create connection.
  • Stay focused through the end of your shift by tidying your workstation and recognizing coworkers.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
