From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 AM – 06:30PM or 06:00 PM – 06:30 AM) on a 2 – 2 – 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.) 401K match up to 7% annually. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 6 months to a 1-year experience driving a standup forklift

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with RAF and SAP preferred
• Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.

Responsibilities

• Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Required to stand the entire shift.
• Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
• Must occasionally life and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.
• Able to manage a high-stress environment.
