About The Position

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be an essential part of a high-energy production team? We're looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals to join us as Slitter Helpers on 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with machine operators to keep operations running smoothly—stacking, sorting, moving materials, and ensuring our products meet top quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience (required)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically active tasks
• Safety-first attitude with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to use scanners
• Comfortable using hand-held measuring tools
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators with a variety of tasks throughout the shift
• Sort, stack, clean, inspect, and stock materials as needed
• Assist in filling and packaging customer orders
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move stock
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment
• Complete paperwork accurately and follow instructions
• Help train new team members when needed
• Report any issues or breakdowns to your supervisor or lead
• Follow all safety, quality, and Lean procedures
