About The Position

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly—from stocking and packing to loading, unloading, and operating machinery. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy physical work, this could be the perfect fit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift experience (required).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, etc.).
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and doing repetitive motions (bending, squatting, reaching, etc.).
• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and write in English (French in Quebec).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move and stock materials accurately.
• Select, package, and prepare products for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks—verifying contents match shipping documents.
• Use tools like saws to cut materials as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Follow all safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
