About The Position

This position encompasses a variety of roles and requires you to be process driven, detail-oriented, and the ability to produce results. This Shipping & Receiving & Warehouse Associate is a full time 40 hours a week plus minimal overtime as required. The hours will be typically 8:30am to 5:00pm with possible voluntary overtime available after training. The job position is located in Troy, Michigan. Close to I-75 near 15-mile road and Stephenson Highway. Experience or Interest in Woodworking or Woodshop is a Plus! Your Life as a Shipping & Receiving - Warehouse Associate. Pulling and picking customer veneer orders, Loading and basic to moderate inventory management over time, picking and packing orders up to 30 orders daily with moderate complexity, training to be provided. Requirements

• Self-starter and Goal driven attitude
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Production or Warehouse experience
• Hi-lo experience required
• Basic computer Skills
• Strong oral communication skills, and ability to learn species of wood and cuts and grains
• Superior Customer Service manners required
• Adaptability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to learn many different machines safely and competently
• Ability to learn hundreds of different wood species and grades
• Ability to lift 4 foot tall box that weighs 60-70lbs box up about 4 to 5" without assistance is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience or Interest in Woodworking or Woodshop is a Plus!
